Lands End to John O' Groats for the Breast Cancer Campaign June 2004

Inspired by a great lady and friend who fought hard and won her battle with breast cancer I decided to cycle from Lands End to John O' Groats for the Breast Cancer Campaign charity. Those who know me will find it humorous that a mega mouth isattempted such a feat, but hey my good had a tougher challenge and won - I should be able to give something back. The biggest challenge to completing it was my torn meniscus and chronic back injury, however it was made possible by using a recumbent bicycle.

We undertook a great deal of research for this journey and would like to share this information as it may help others thinking of attempting this journey.
