Kieran Norris, I have chosen the BLISS - dedicated to ensuring that more babies survive, have the best possible quality of life and that their parents get the support they need.

Nicky Campbell, I have chosen the charity - Brirish Assosiation of Adoption and Fostering, which works for children separated from their birth families.

Graeme Mitchell, I have chosen the charity - Association of Children’s Hospices, a worthwhile cause if ever there ever was one .

"Those who can, DO - for others who cannot."

Give Something Back was born out of a desire to Give Something Back to charities and organisations that need support from those who are more fortunate and able to do so.

Those who are fortunate to have the health, strength, passion and humility to help others have an obligation to Give Something Back to others who need.

So on June 21^st 2005 3 good friends are planning "The Long Walk" - the tough task of walking from Mizen Head to Malin Head in Ireland, a walk of 420 miles, equivalent to 16 marathons in 13 days.
